     You can ask for photocopy of papers outside Tokyo Metropolitan University
     Library.  (Pay Service)
     The fee of photocopy and postage is necessary.
     Private expense and Public expense (except scientific research) is available.
     Copies of materials held at the libraries of other campuses can also be requested (no charge).
